ballet pilates body - blend the core stabilization and flow of traditional Pilates matwork with standing Pilates and ballet barre and core exercises for an intense strength and core workout! 
cardio blast –
a workout guaranteed to make you SWEAT and BLAST calories! S
cardio dance – move your feet to this great hour of dance – class varies in style; jazz, Latin, hip hop and beyond! S

chill yoga: a flowing, powerful class that moves to a more upbeat soundtrack.  The music is an integral part of this yoga workout, as is the breath. 

core & more: awaken your body with this fusion class of heart pumping cardio, core-based strength conditioning and end with relaxing yoga.  Focus is on building a body capable of responding to the twists and turns of everyday life! S

foundation & flow yogaclass emphasizes correct alignment and right actions to develop flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance.

interval training -  Intervals of high intensity and lower intensity work are interspersed to help build endurance, burn fat and increase muscle. S

harder, better,faster, stronger:  a heart-pumping hour of cardio interval training featuring kickboxing, sports drills, plyometrics, dance and other challenges.  S

pilates fusion – combine the power of Pilates matwork with props, such as the stability ball, bands, rings and weights and what do you get?  A workout for your core like no other! 

pilates mat – a unique series of exercises designed to stretch, strengthen & tone muscle, improve posture, flexibility & balance.

ROLLogic©:  Add the foam roller to a vigorous yoga class and what do you get?  Greater challenge!  Work the core and help release tight muscles too.  Like nothing else you have tried!

strictly strength: You know it….a full-on strength training workout incorporating core, balance, and functional training using a variety of props including body bars, free weights, bands and med balls. S
sweat, sculpt, stretch – focus on building a body capable of doing real-world activities by performing fun and easy routines that include cardio, strength training and flexibility work.  Increase strength, coordination, balance and endurance through whole body movements. S
vinyasa yoga–
a vigorous, flowing class that builds stamina by moving from pose to pose, breath to breath.
