You did a one-day training, now what? This course gives you the skills needed to be a successful Group Fitness Instructor! With lectures & hands-on drills, in 4 short weeks you will be on your way to a fantastic class! In this course, attendees will learn:
-How to structure a variety of fitness classes
-Putting together successful playlists
-A rehearsal regime for maximum results
-Verbal and non-verbal cuing techniques
-How to market & promote yourself to get HIRED!
Upon completion of the course, attendees receive online and in-person mentoring as needed, the opportunity to team teach with Team Mueve as well as advice on putting together a resume and possible job placement!
